Traveling to an exotic location?
We can ensure you are on the right tract with regards to needed immunizations, malaria prophylaxis, and other “travel medications.” All of which are in compliance with CDC guidelines. (Some geographic areas may require immunizations that are not effective for weeks or months. Please call to arrange a consultation at the earliest time possible to ensure your immunizations are effective; certain ones may need to be pre-ordered).
CDL Exams for Commercial Drivers
We are certified by FMCSA to preform exams and issue CDL medical certificates for all classes (A, B, and C) of commercial drivers. This service is not covered by most insurances and is on a cash basis, please call for rates.
Physicals and Immunizations
Want to become a police officer, fireman, paramedic, or an EMT? These physicals are available.
College physicals which may or may not be covered by insurances, also, depending on the student’s history, immunizations might be required. Please bring all immunization records to ensure your college-bound student’s medical form is properly completed.
Sports physicals all ages
Immunizations also available (some may need pre-ordering, please call and inquire).
Employment physicals are available; however, might not be covered by insurance, call for rates.
